LPR's Special Effects

This is my first Plugin. This will add some Particle-Effects.

/lprfx - This show you a Inventory-menu with some Effects. But you can do more with this: /lprfx <type> <x> <y> <z> <number> <areaX> <areaY> <areaZ> <option> . You can list the types and the types by typing something wrong like: /lprfx whatDoYouWantFromMe :D . - Perm: lprfx.particlemenu
/lprfxp - Here can you spawn Particles where you want!!! - Perm: lprfx.spawnparticle

Use true,false ; 0,2,4 ; 0.6,0.2,1,6 ; "Hello. I am a String." ; Hello i am a String which works without astrophobe.

sounds.PopOnChat - Can the Player hear a pop if he chats?
sounds.PopOnChatHearByNear - Can other Players can hear the pop in range if a Player Chats? (does not work without sounds.PopOnChat)
sounds.BurnSoundOnItemBurnInFurnace - Sound Effect ,if a item burns inside a furnace?
effects.ParticleOnChat - Is a Particle spawning other a Players head if he chats?
effects.EffectOnTreeGrowWithBoneMeal - Are particles spawning around the tree if he grows by bonemeal?
effects.EffectOnFillBucket - Water Splash Particle when fill a bucket with water?
effects.EffectOnRespawn - Is not working yet...
effects.EffectOnFurnanceSmeltItem - Fire Particle if smelt / cook item in furnance?
effects.EffectOnEnchantItem - Particle on Enchant Item on a enchantment-table?
effects.EffectOnMagmaCubeDeath - Lava-Drop Particle if a MagmaCube died?
effects.EffectOnMagmaCubeDeathEffectStrongness - The Strongness of the Effect from EffectOnMagmaCubeDeath.
others.flipStrongness - The Strongness of the Y-Pushing effect from /lprfx (SlimeBall). More is incoming
