[Feature Request] Mob spell firing accuracy

Similar to the Spread action, but a base property for magic mobs that determines a random offset or pitch/yaw degree variation in their attempts to cast spells.
For example: I want a many different magic mobs to fire a number different spells that normally have pin-point accuracy, but the mob should not be able to reliably hit the player without fail. Right now I would have to make dozens of variations of that same spell with different Spread Action parameters worked in. Instead I could simply adjust the accuracy parameter on the magic mob itself and have all its spells be affected at once.
