I don't see your original error in that logs? It looks like configs parsed OK there, but in the original one you posted there is an error. Do you have a log with all of the startup messages leading up to the error?

I forgot to mention that the first error is due to the /magic load

No error yes, but no more wand, it does not work after this version

Do the wands still work? Are you just missing the resource pack?

It's strange, that error is like down in Bukkit code trying to load a file that should be present inside the plugin. I can't think of why that would happen unless you like update the plugin while the server is running, or maybe use /reload or something.

FTP access might help but I think all I really need is the full log, from server startup up until you see the error message.

No other errors besides the one I gave you, all the wands are broken, the wands have not been registered and are not displayed anymore
