Situation to cause the bug

The user has to create a spell wand and a spell book at the same time then use the spell wand first and then use the spell book.

This causes that when trying to improve the wand in the enchantment table it is impossible, it can be used but when clicking on the table with the second and primary click, the menu does not show only the original menu to enchant weapons and tools.

I still have people reporting this- are you still having the problem yourself, or were you able to find any pattern?

I'm not familiar with any plugins that would block the enchant table right-clicks, but assuming you are holding a wand or spell book while right-clicking the enchant table, and you haven't done any customizations to configs to turn the feature off, it should show the progressmenu.

If that's the case you may have to set up a test (on a separate server, or just locally on your own computer) and try to find the plugin causing it. You could start with just Magic to make sure it works that way.

If you can't figure it out, or you find a conflicting plugin you can't live without, you could set up some NPCs for players to use, they'd just have to travel every time they want to upgrade their wands.

Or, alternately, give them the progressmenu as a spell they can cast.

I only showed the add-ons in case some might have seemed known to you that causes this but currently I don't think I have any add-ons that conflict with that, there were some but it was for the protection of residences but that was already solved.

We repeated the steps again and it did not happen again but we had to replace the wand that did not work with another

Oh, I see, that sounds more like you have a plugin wiping NBT data on items :(

If that's the case it will probably keep happening randomly, until you identify the cause. Could be interacting with some shop plugin, or anything that might be saving or restoring your inventory, perhaps.

I do not believe that the wand as such worked but it may be a possibility, the exploitfixer maybe.
