The recipes for ocarina and invisiblecloak are not working because of this.

Originally assumed there was a problem parsing legacy materials in recipe ingredients, but that does not seem to be the case.

Could just be confusion about which kinds of wool and terracotta work, and it may be best to change those recipes.

Tested this myself, and it seems ok. Was reported by Fernando#8924 on Discord so we'll see if they have more details.
