We have written a Client and receiver to allow you to chat in your minecraft server without being logged into your minecraft account.
Where your main server files are, the plugin will create a file where you can add and change the logins.
The password database has the default password: "admin" and we recommend you change it and add in as many as you want.
It does not alert chat when you join so this is good for moderating a server chat from a slow computer.
The console logs everyone who chats and logs in, for obvious security reasons and the only way you can change and add passwords to the database
is you must have console access, again we wanted to make this very secure so only the people you want to have access can have access.
If you are running the Minecraft server from home, we recommend you portforward UDP and TCP on the minecraft server port.
We must state that when you install the plugin for the first time, some information about the server will be privately logged, for statistics and analytics purposes, like to show how many server's are running the plugin. We do not sell nor distribute any information we collect with any third parties.
By installing the plugin you understand and agree for this information collection.
information that may be collected: Server IP, Port, Bukkit/Spigot version & ServerName
If you have an issue with the program or the plugin, we highly recommend you get in contact with us ASAP so we can fix any bugs we've missed.
For the ChatterBoxAdmin client, we have some instruction on how to run it.
It's just like starting the a minecraft server.
