OptimalChatMuter
OptimalChatMuter does just what it says. It gives you the possibility to mute and unmute the chat.
To-Do:
- Add a messages.yml file to change the messages

- Just one thing, mute the chat! :D
Commands:
- /mutechat -> Mutes the chat (Needed permission: optimalchatmuter.togglemute)
Permissions:
- optimalchatmuter.togglemute -> Needed for the /mutechat command.
