PMWarning

PMWarning warns players not to do something against the server rules. For example, lets say someone tried to grief the spawn, and something messaged them that said, "Do not grief! Warning 1/3!" 1/3 means 1 out of 3 strikes. If someone gets 3 strikes, there banned from the server, so this is probably the plugin to warn your players!
