OVERVIEW
Managing a Creative server is difficult on its own. Handling all of those people who want people to come see their builds is even harder and even with a lot of admins and staff to deal with that its still hard for them to manage everything that goes on in the chaos we call Building servers. Rate Requester uses the Scoreboard API to show to every player who wants a Rate or Review (whatever you call it on your server) so its easy to see just who needs a Rate after all.
