Clean up bstats implementation.

- It isn't fully implemented
- It uses the old stargate ID
- It doesn't contain much in terms of interesting details about portals.
- Should probably contain the following
- Number of gate files in use
- Number of portals constructed
- Language being used
- Flags being used
- Largest network size?
