Config migration issues

One option is missing in the configuration when migrating from "MigOld" (is that drakia port?)
The configVersion option is also only 6 and not 7
This also caused a the following stacktrace when teleporting between two portals

Both destroyOnExplosion and gateExitSpeedMultiplier are missing from the config.
The migrator only migrates from legacy to version 6. Version 7 being defined as the version in Stargate is the real problem.
