Someone reported this to me on my server today

"when you cut down a tree and move the axe into a different slot in your inventory, no durability is lost. I don't expect you to fix it, i just wanted you to be aware"

hmm how did they move the item? I hoped by using the actual ItemStack reference, it would still account for moving the item :/ Fixing this might take a while
