WorldGuard regions not loading

WorldGuard version: 6.0 Beta 2

After updating to 6.0, some of my regions do not seem to "load" anymore. They are loaded as they show up with /rg info, but when you go to their cords they aren't there and anyone can build.

@sk89q It only show the regions that are overlapping it.

Based on the region coordinates, that block should be included. (it's between the 2nd and 3rd point; the side block in an octagonal shaped region) Do any of the blocks in the middle return the region with the leather? (like the block space you're standing in)

@sk89q I don't have the market_c18 region anymore, but I have a bunch of others which have the same exact problem (except that they are in different locations and have different names)

Deleting and recreating the region with the same positions does not fix the problem either. It seems like it has something to do with the cords that the positions are in because if I redefine the region in a different location, it works.
