Is it launching fire arrows? If yes, the enchant itself is working. So what exactly isn't happening that you expect to happen? TNT ignition? Lighting entities on fire? Players? All of the above? While we're asking questions, does it happen with region owners/members?

From what I have tested, in any region where build is not allowed and pvp is on the flame enchant works in regards t the arrow being on fire. Although when the player is hit with the arrow they are not set on fire, it flashes on the off to the client.

As a mention, this is not an occourance in the same region from WG5 while WG6 beta dev builds bring this issue to happen.
