Hi, I've settled the 5.9 version of Worldguard on my server, and I haven't seen the "max-players-allowed on the flag list when I wanted to creat a region. Is it normal? I hope it will be fixed because it is very usefull ! :)

That flag existed for exactly one day. From the removal commit:

"There are currently too many unhandled circumstances
which can easily break this flag such as players
entering region in weird ways (teleporting, falling,
logging in) and states changing. It is also horribly
inefficient at the moment."
