Nonmembers can access unprotected chests (not protected with signs) in protected regions. This has only been an issue since recently upgrading to Minecraft 1.7.10 for us and happens in all our worlds. We've tried every flag without success.

There's nothing about updating to 1.7.10 that would do this.

If it happened to all worlds then it's either not loading WG correctly (most often due to a broken config; you'll see this in your startup log), your main config has regions disabled, or everyone tested was given region bypass. Also, someone may have set "chestaccess allow" on global regions for all worlds, one at a time.
