WORLDGUARD-3269 - Reported by bpindel

Exp bottles do not work in worldguard regions. Players can throw them, they disappear but they get no exp. ;/
I need this fixed, I am still using spigot 1.7

No they cannot build in the region. Can this be a flag?

The latest builds merges this behavior with the exp-drops flag, which is allow by default.

Can you show me /rg info for the relevant regions? Also, the output of /wg report -p would be nice.

Do /wg report -p again and manually copy it to a new pastebin that lasts longer, although as far as I know, if you are using a newer WG version, the paste should last 7 days.

You appear to be using build #1471 of WG, which is from November 14, 2014.

I made a release a few hours ago. Try that:
