WORLDGUARD-3280 - Reported by SanCarlo

A small bug is there after setting the parent of a region.

Example:

/rg define city
/rg define house

/rg setparent house city

Now when I am standing in the region house and type /rg info or hit it with the WG wand there is two times the city protection in the list.

I am experiencing this issue as well. Must be standing in child region for issue to present itself.

This is a known issue, but I don't think it affects anything.
