OK, if you're getting no message at all, it may not be WorldGuard.

Well, does not seem like worldguard, maybe it is? People can use the signs outside of worldguard reagions and inside some but not others..

Unless it breaks something, disable WG entirely (remove the jar) and see what happens?

Tbh, I cannot do that, as the server is open and have 40 people on it.

@bpindel It's probably your spawn protection, if you didn't fix it until now^^

Try setting interaction-whiteist: [SIGN, SIGN_POST]
in the configuration.
