With the "use flag" :
It would be appropriate to add "vehicle-use" for the minecart.
And allow to use the crafting table too ...

There is a new RIDE flag that covers minecarts, boats, and horses.

USE should allow the crafting table. Does it not?

thanks for the RIDE flag, that's work fine.
But the use-flag don't allow to use the crafting table in a zone
With Spigot 1.8-R.01 and only worlguard and worldedit plugins
