Using WorldGuard version #1573 on 1.7-1.8 spigot protocol hack with the Carbon plugin installed.

So to add on to this:

I was on build #1569 and had no errors. First time updating to #1573 is when it had those errors, then when I restarted the server again, start-up contained no trace of errors.

Any ideas?

Mob-spawning was also set to deny with WorldGuard.

This is due to running a hacky server and plugin. Can't really help you there.

It also occurs without using Carbon.
