WORLDGUARD-3367 - Reported by TheMattVid
I have currently had this bug on my server, and I made a duplication of my server. I removed plugins one by one and deduced that the problem came from WorldEdit. For some reason, cactus and sugar cane isn't dropping when you break the block from which it is growing. I am currently using one of the latest snapshots.

Just to be sure, have you tried with only worldedit? It's very possible that it's another plugin that just depends on worldedit. If you are sure it's worldedit (and worldedit alone), how are you using it? WE doesn't even listen to physics events right now, let alone cancel them.

Okay, I will try re-adding worldedit and deleting the rest of the plugins one by one. When it's fixed again, I will know which dependency may be causing it.

I did it. I re-added worldedit and continued to delete plugins one by one. I found out that it stopped happening when I removed worldguard. I am using worldguard snapshot 6.0.0 and worldedit snapshot 6.0.2 and the presence of both of these plugins at the same time causes the issue.

can you do /wg report -p and paste the link here
also are there any regions in the area that might be affecting it?
Comment by TheMattVid
So, as I said before, the problem only occurs when both worldguard and worldedit are on the server. The problem occurs whether or not it is part of a region. http://paste.enginehub.org/TnwcV.report

Can you try turning off no-physics gravel and sand options in your config?
Comment by TheMattVid
Yes, that makes the bug go away. In conclusion, the bug is caused when the following three things are true:
- Server contains worldguard.
- Sand and gravel physics turned off in world guard config.
- Server contains worldedit.
Comment by TheMattVid
Also, I just confirmed with myself that this only happens on sand.
