Default Deny Message Wont Display

In my world guard region the default message saying Hey! You Cant Do This Here Doesn't Show Up.
I created a deny message flag but it doesn't show up for building
I can get it to say build set to false but not break

did you set different flags for break and place? the message is working fine for me. need better reproduction steps.

And Yes I Have Different Flags They Are block-place block-break and build all set to deny

there's no reason to set those all to deny. in fact, there is no reason to set build to deny at all. also i didn't ask for your server ip, i asked for reproduction steps.
