WORLDGUARD-3438 - Reported by subway5411

I have a mine and a parkour on my server, both of which require an invincible tag. Before I updated my server to 1.8, everything was working. When I updated the server and all the plugins, worldguard is causing issues. When I drop into the mine WITH the Invincibility flag set to ALLOW, it still does damage. Same with parkour. I actually need this fixed or mabye I am doing something wrong?

Invincible flag now requires use-player-move-event to be enabled in your config.

There are still kinks in the session stuff, though, because my weather is occasionally getting stuck to stormy and I have to flush states. It's possible that's related, though I can't recall having issues with invincibility since their last related fix.
