Lingering potions not blocked in no pvp areas

Hello,
Lingering potions are not recognized by the no-pvp areas of World Guard. While splash potions are effectively blocked (you can't poison someone in a no pvp area with a splash potion, for instance), you can very well damage and even kill someone in a no pvp area by throwing lingering potions.
You may say "you can block them with the splash-potion flag", however, this flag also blocks positive splash potions thrown by the player on himself (splash potions of healing for instance). So, if I want to create a dungeon where players can't hit each others, I'm forced to also prevent them from using splash potions on themselves, thus greatly decreasing the quality of our gameplay.
So it would be perfect if the "no pvp" flag also blocked the effect of lingering potions thrown by others, or at least, negative effects from these potions. If it's not possible, then maybe it would be a good compromise to create a flag that blocks solely negative effects from lingering potions.
I leave the exact finding of a good solution to you. I hope you will be able to fix this one way or another, because this is really an issue for our server. Thank you !
