Simple suggestion:

block-creeper-explosions: false
block-creeper-block-damage: true
block-wither-explosions: false
block-wither-block-damage: true
block-wither-skull-explosions: false
block-wither-skull-block-damage: true
block-enderdragon-block-damage: true
block-enderdragon-portal-creation: false

You got a lot of ioptions to block block-damage from mobs. Rabbits do blockdamage too when they eat carrots. ItÄs bad if you try to decorate fields. If you could add an option here it would be nice :D
