Hello, I was surprised when I saw that in WorldGuard 6.1 when you set flag to block-break deny or build deny you still can to break signs. It protect blocks but signs not. It really bad and I don't know how to fix this!

likely another plugin overriding WG's behavior, this doesn't normally exist
