WORLDGUARD-3546 - Reported by connor12568

This is pretty simple, add an easy command that allows you to copy an existing region with flags to another area without moving the original region.

Example:

I have region A with flags B and C

I select a different area and do /rg c(or copy) A D which will make a new region with flags B and C
So, select new region then do /rg c(or copy) (region that you're copying) (new region name for the new region)

I think this is necessary because it is very annoying to just move the region when you're changing spawns for example. Thanks

everything made sense up to here. if you just want to move a region, use /region redefine

@wizjany Understandable, I didn't explain well enough, say there is players online and I want to move the region. If I redefine to a new spawn while those players are in the other one PVP and Building would be enabled if I didn't make a whole other region just to counteract that. With copying, I can still keep the same region/flags in the old one for the players that may still be there and edit them later.

Basically players in Spawn: A, I have a new Spawn: B Redefining would cause all flags in Spawn: A to be removed if I don't create another region. This is what I meant when moving spawns.

there are more pressing things to do. i suggest you handle this manually for the time being.
