I'm trying to allow members to rotate an item frame item in a region but not allow them to build. I have tried flagging interact to allow and use to allow, but members can not rotate the item. The only workaround is to flag build allow, but this allows them to build in the region. If I then flag block-break and block-place deny, then the region owner can't build in the region.

Shouldn't the interact flag cover item rotation cases and allow the item to be rotated if allowed?

intended behavior, item frames are meant to be protected by build permissions
allowing just rotation would require a flag to be added

Same looking for a way to protect the frame from taking of item or breaking but still allow for rotating

i have a combo lock hidden door that uses item frames as the dials that needs protecting but can be unlocked
