Allow users to change worldguard default region flags

Its very annoying having to change the interact flag every time I make a region. Can you put an option in the config file to make it possible to change what the default options for region flags are?

WG isn't in a period of heavy development right now. We haven't discounted the idea (nor is it a new one, it's been asked in the past too), but you shouldn't hold your breath for it to be added anytime soon.
