Entry flag only teleport to from location not outside region. Also my friend could go into my house slowly. It was like he had extremly ping lag.

That's odd. What didd he do exactly?

I tried very hard to beat it and I wasn't able to.

He just walked into the region. And it was some ping lag.

I've tested locally. It is possible. Just go in and you'll finally move into the region.
