cant say much but chicken not dropping cooked meat in region set

what exactly is this issue here? they drop normal meat instead? or they drop nothing? are they on fire? what set them on fire?
this only happens in regions? any flags on the region? if a player set the chicken on fire, is that player a member of the region?

@wizjany yes they are on fire with lava and drop normal meat instead and feather's no flags set
