Serious issue: Users are able to destroy snow and ice-blocks in a protected region!
It only happened when people are in motion not at rest. (so if they are running with a shovel and hitting snow it will break but if they are standing still everything looks normal.)

This is really bad as we have an ice/snow village! :O

the moving/standing still thing sounds exactly like a bukkit bug from a while ago
