WORLDGUARD-3846 - Reported by HyperDioxide

Hello, I'd like to report a problem I have encountered with worldguard.
The Time-lock flag does not seem to work at all.
I checked any similar issues on here but none are the same as mine.
when I apply the timelock flag (/rg flag time-lock night/18000 etc)
The time does not change.
Not even after a restart.
Minecraft version 1.11.2
WorldGuard version 6.1 (I've tried all above but none of them work>

are you op'd? are you a member of the region? are you entering the region after applying the flag?

I am opped.
The region has no members.
I am entering the region after applying the flag, and after restarting and then re-entering too.

try deoping yourself

So, I deopped myself and went back to the region. Still nothing.
After restarting the server it doesnt work either.

add yourself as a member of the region, or set the group flag to everyone

Edit #1 However, weatherlock seems to work fine without any of these extra measures.
Edit #2 After setting the time to 18000 and then using the command /wg flushstates, the time-lock works.
However, when I move, the time changes to the server time

it works for me so don't know what's wrong

@wizjany I fixed the problem.
It was another plugin clashing
