Hi. I believe this is a bug. My members cannot build or break in a specific area even though I set build and passthrough to allow in global. I even made a new region that is extremely wide that covers that specific area and given it the same flags, but still, my members cannot build or break there. Any help?

is it the vanilla spawn area? you shouldn't have to set any flags or regions at all. worldguard doesn't protect anything by default.
