WORLDGUARD-3940 - Reported by ShawnPR1

When a player teleports into a region (that has the greeting flag set) from another world, the greeting is not displayed to the player at all.

I have both the use-player-move-event and use-player-teleports set to true in the config file.

Any ideas?
