WORLDGUARD-4008 - Reported by Narmix

I'd like to have the World Guard trigger the "/title" minecraft command to display the region's name to the player as they enter it (because the "/title" command makes a big title in the middle of the screen). The idea is to create the same effect as MMOs that display the zone title on the screen when players enter.

Would that be possible?
