Describe the bug
Players lose their items when killed but the items do not drop on the floor; they just disappear. If you die to something other than a player (burning, zombies etc.) your items will drop. Seems that the only time your items don't drop is when you die to other players. Suspected to be caused by the mob-damage flag.
To Reproduce
- Setup region
- Enable mob-damage flag
- Enable PvP flag
- Attempt to pvp
- Notice no items are dropping from pvping.
Expected behavior
With mob-damage flag enabled, items should still drop when killed by other players.
Screenshots

https://youtu.be/F_RUserE3o94 - shows that items don't drop when killed by only players.
WG doesn't modify drops at all, and mob-damage and pvp flags can't affect each other. Would guess this is some other plugin at play (your rg info shows you have probably at least 2 plugins adding on to WG).

@wizjany Mob-damage not set has items drop, with it set the items do not drop.
Only extensions are mypet (obvious by the screenshot) and worldguardextraflags, neither modify any default WG behavior.
@wizjany Someone shit in your cheerios there "bro"? Could be a bit nicer and properly explain how to troubleshoot to users of your plugin instead of being a entitled shithead.
I guess attitude contributes to the ever decreasing download count. Ill go reproduce the issue with just WG and WE installed but frankly you should reflect on how to provide proper support.

My initial comment pretty much sums up everything I had to say. You decided you'd rather argue with the developer than just properly reproduce the issue. Given that this is a bug tracker and not a support channel, your ad hominem attacks aren't exactly productive either. Feel free to ask for further help in discord after you've dropped the malicious attitude.
