Describe the bug
The wg profile -p command gets an error when trying to submit the profile to pastebin and doesn't generate a pastebin link when the tps is under 20 (like 11-19 TPS) but it works when tps is at 20.

To Reproduce

1. Install worldguard and worldedit on paper server
2. Bring your server TPS under 20 (like 11-19)
3. Run the wg profile -p command
4. You will get an error when it's finished that the pastebin submit didn't work.

Expected behavior
Get the Pastebin profile link and not an error.

Additional context
Wrote with Joo200 on DC Server and he could reproduce the bug.

likely just too big for the paste service. not a wg-side bug.
