• I am using a version of WorldEdit compatible with my Minecraft version.
• I am using a version of WorldGuard compatible with my Minecraft version.
• I am using the latest or recommended version of my platform software.
• I am NOT using a hybrid server, e.g. a server that combines Bukkit and Forge. Examples include Arclight, Mohist, and Cardboard.
• I am NOT using a fork of WorldEdit, such as FastAsyncWorldEdit (FAWE) or AsyncWorldEdit (AWE)

Bug Description

I'm aware the i'm using FAWE but it doesn't change the fact that block-place and Build can not be denied. every time that i've set it up it works for maybe 1 minute then after a server reboot it completely gets rid of the perm. Like it still shows in the config but it literally doesn't work

Expected Behavior

Set perm to Block-place/Build to deny then not allow them to build in that zone

1. /rg flag global block-place deny
2. Place a block on a none opped account
