Bug Description

I can no longer download WorldGuard from https://maven.enginehub.org/repo/ as described here: https://worldguard.enginehub.org/en/latest/developer/dependency/

Expected Behavior

https://maven.enginehub.org/repo/ should be accessible

Reproduction Steps

1. Include Worldguard into your maven project
2. Run mvn install -> Fails
