Just an idea to add the ability to set the Time/Weather of a specific region. Its mainly just for effects for servers to have more of an ability to create the type of scenes of what the area was built for. It could just send a different packet to the player when he enters the area that would make it sunny, or raining in that area, and should also affect what mobs spawn there so its not like daytime monsters in that region.

Example:
/rg flag time <Day/Night/(number)>

/rg flag weather <Sunny/Stormy/Thunder>

Setting to 'Day' will let the time go by till sunset then resets, and reversed for 'Night'.

The number for time could be used as '1800' to keep it at that time or '1200-2400' so it only stays in that time range and resets back to the first number once it gets to the second number.
