Add flag to WorldGuard for region entry cost, provide said cost to a configurable server account or divided evenly across the regions owners. Would need to ensure to make configurable whether to let the player go under a 0 balance as well.

How would this work? Would stepping into the region instantly deduct the funds? Or would they need to confirm the transaction first? And what if they leave the region? Do they have to pay again to get back in?

I feel like there's so many ways this could be done that you might want to look at a custom flag plugin or another plugin entirely. Or possibly just wait for sk's custom flags.
