Could you add an option to block using a dispenser with certain items like water, lava, fire-charges, mob-eggs etc. ? I can not properly do it with the blacklist feature.

I am going target this feature for the next major release (6.0) because we have a new blacklist that's more versatile than the current one, and I don't want to somehow bolt this feature onto code that is older than most things in Minecraft, including Bukkit.
