WORLDGUARD-2300 - Reported by der_grinch

Trying to migrate from yml to mysql.
Got Error concerning duplicate Entries (if owner is member) and fixed them.
When trying to migrate with the cleaned regions it just does nothing (no entries in log nor consolefeedback).
