shouldn't be there a flag to avoid these two sorts of damage inside a region?

in worldguard 5.6 (I think) this was handled with creeper explosions and ghast fireballs. This doesn't work anymore but there is no replacement.

Wither "body" explosions are now handled with wither-damage, and the skulls with ghast-fireball.

This would be nice ;) - Cause theres an option in config, to globally disable WitherDamage. But I would enjoy a flag too.

This is really needed, since vanilla based servers and pvp servers have huge griefs of their spawn by withers, since we can't deny them globally...

Please implement this flag. I want to allow withers and their related damage outside of regions... thank you.

reopening, but keep in mind that new flag stuff probably won't make it til the next refactor which is planned for sponge releases. unsure atm how much backporting we will do to bukkit.
