Snowballs are not blocked in no-PvP zones

WORLDGUARD-2344 - Reported by Harbo5
Recently, a bug has occurred that allows snowballs to deal damage within a no PvP area. This allows you to push people in to PvP areas, kill them in non-PvP areas, and damage armor. This has become a huge problem, because you can easily kill someone in diamond protection IV by spamming them with snowballs, in no-PvP, in fact you can easily kill anyone in no-PvP. Blacklisting doesn't solve anything either, because even with every flag set to deny, you can still throw snowballs.

I don't think you can kill someone with a snow ball... Because they don't really do damage... You can however kill armor...
Now what should this flag be called... projectile collision perhaps?

As Harbo wrote with snowballs or enderpearls you can pull a user out of a no-pvp zone and then kill him. Anyway yes, I think that a projectile-collision flag would be ok. Could you give us an ETA for a fix?
Thank you

@wizjany: This Issue should not be marked as an "duplicate". This one is existing much longer.
