WORLDGUARD-2346 - Reported by jb_aero

When a built wither performs its spawn explosion, it is removed from the world. This is the case even if all wither blocking settings are false, the wither just makes a crater before disappearing. Removing WorldGuard causes them to behave normally.

Withers spawned by plugins are only removed when they physically contact (didn't know they were supposed to do that?) players in godmode and invincibility-removes-mobs option.

I'm thinking one of the many events listened to must remove the wither on its own when cancelled, and there may just be a missing condition that makes it cancelled no matter what?
