Flag to apply potion effects in regions

It would be great if you could add a Potions flag.
A player stands in a region and he gets every Potion thats defined in this flag.

I'm very interested in this, I've been using the custom flag to apply jump and speed effects until it broke with WG 6, so please re-open this.
