My anvil config:

on-use=tell,deny
message=Anvil use is disabled
ignore-perms=group.admin

This config also prevents placement of the Anvil. It actually does not block using the Anvil.

Could it be made so this config would allow placement of the Anvil, isn't that was "use" means? It should then actually block using the Anvil.

Our problem is that Anvils are crazy overpowered, but people do really like the block, so we want to allow placement but prevent using it.

So it's fixed in latest versions? Cause we sure can use Anvils fine with on-use set to Deny.

Point is that on-use is not meant for this I think, perhaps a worldguard setting or region flag would be nice to add.
